EDHS Blood Drive - Tuesday, 3/10/26
Miners: EDHS will be having a Blood Drive on Tuesday, 3/10 from 9 AM - 1 PM in the Gym. Students MUST be at least 16 years old to donate.

COS Concurrent Workshops - Multiple Dates
Are you interested in taking a COS Concurrent Enrollment class for the Summer/Fall 2026 Semester? If so, we will be having mandatory information workshops on the dates and times below for students to learn how to sign up and to identify classes that would be beneficial to take for each individual student.

Miner Foundation Dinner & Auction - Saturday, 3/14/26
Join the Miner Foundation for a night of dinner, dancing, and LIVE auction in support of El Diamante High School.
This event will take place on Saturday, March 14th from 6-11 PM at the Visalia Country Club. Tickets start at $50 per person. Click HERE to view the flyer. Scan the QR code to purchase tickets. --->
Spring Fling - Saturday, 3/14/26
Spring Fling will take place on Saturday, March 14th from 7-10 PM at Roller Towne. Ticket Prices are: $10 with ASB Sticker, $15 General Admission, and $20 at the Door. Tickets will go on sale starting Friday, 3/6 in the Finance Office before school, at lunch, or after school. Permission slip required to purchase tickets.
Guest Passes are available in Student Services and are due on Wednesday, March 11th to Student Services by 4 PM. Click HERE to learn more about a Guest Pass.
Minimum Day - Monday, 3/16/26
Monday, March 16th is a Staff Development Minimum Day.
School will begin at 9:00 AM and students will be released for the day at 1:22 PM.

Academic Awards Night - Monday, 3/16/26
Academic Awards Night will take place on Monday, March 16th at 5:30 PM in the El Diamante GYM. Students that received an overall GPA of 3.67 or higher during the Fall 2025 semester will be recognized at this event.
Eligible students and their families will be notified prior to the event. If you are unable to attend you will be called into the office a few weeks after the event to pick up your award.

SJVC Presentation - Tuesday, 3/24/26
Miners: SJVC will be having an informational presentation on Tuesday, March 24th in the Library during Homeroom. They will be discussing the programs they offer (Medical, Technical, and Business Fields). This presentation is open to all grade levels. Click HERE to sign-up.
Enchanted Evening - Saturday, 3/28/26
Attention Juniors and Seniors: Need help with the cost of a Prom Dress? If so, you should attend the ANNUAL ENCHANTED EVENING PROM DRESS EVENT! All dresses are FREE at this event. 1000+ dresses, sizes 0-30, many colors, short and long. Every girl that attends this event receives 1 dress and 1 accessory (Purse or Jewelry).
This event will be taking place on Saturday, March 28th at the Wyndham Hotel in Visalia from 6:00 AM until 1:00 PM. You MUST sign up in the Student Services Office with Mrs. Baldwin by Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 in order to attend this event. Click HERE for more information.
Spring Break - Monday, 3/30/26 - Friday, 4/3/26
There will be NO SCHOOL Monday, March 30th through Friday, April 3rd due to Spring Break.
School will resume on Monday, April 6th at 9:00 AM.

Hall of Fame Nominations
The El Diamante High School Hall of Fame was founded to recognize and celebrate the positive accomplishments and contributions of El Diamante High School alumni, employees, coaches or volunteers, and contributing community members. Honorees will be recognized for outstanding achievement in their chosen field, leadership, the arts, athletics and volunteer/community service. Nominees with outstanding records of achievement deserving of special recognition are eligible.
